How Twelve handles personal data across enquiries, newsletter subscriptions and club services.
What we collect
When you contact us we collect your name, club or company, email address, phone number, chosen topic and any message you send. When you subscribe to Matchday Intelligence we collect your email address and the page you subscribed from.
Why we use it
Enquiry details are used solely to reply to you and progress a possible working relationship. Newsletter details are used only to send Matchday Intelligence. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from Matchday Intelligence at any time using the link in every email. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to hello@twlv.lu.
Retention and security
Records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law, held on documented, audit-ready systems with access limited to the team members who need it.
