About us

Built by people who
read the small print.

Twelve sits between the club, the fan and the regulator. We build the boring, auditable rails that let a hundred-year-old institution behave like a modern digital product - without asking its supporters to learn anything new.

Our thesis

Digitise the ledger, not the asset class.

Most major clubs already run loyalty. Away points earned per travelling fixture. Seniority bands that decide who reaches a ballot. Numeric thresholds that gate a sale window. Membership numbers that fall with tenure. It works - and it is almost entirely manual.

The industry's answer for the last few years was to invent a new asset and ask fans to buy it. That experiment produced regulatory complaints, censured advertising and supporter backlash, while the clubs with the deepest membership cultures pointedly stayed out of it.

We took the opposite route. Twelve digitises the record clubs already keep, delivers it into wallets fans already carry, and monetises a service, not a speculation. Nothing in the loyalty layer is tradable. Points confer access priority - and only access priority.

How we play

Three rules we never break.

Co-op mode

We integrate, we don't replace

Twelve runs alongside your existing CRM, ticketing provider and reader estate. Migration is incremental and reversible.

Club first

The club owns the relationship

Your data, your brand, your pricing. Every fan-facing surface is whitelabel by default.

100% whitelabel

Zero licence

No cost to the club

We are paid a disclosed service fee on transactions we make possible - never a licence fee for software you already own.

The technology

Why we use a distributed ledger - and why you'll never see it.

Twelve uses distributed-ledger techniques to make a ticket or a loyalty credential impossible to duplicate, backdate or silently alter. That is the whole reason it is there. There is no token, no wallet to fund, no coin and nothing tradable - it is invisible to fans and to administrators alike.

Duplication becomes impossible, not detectable

Traditional systems
A conventional ticketing database issues a barcode that can be screenshotted, forwarded and sold twice. Fraud is caught at the gate, in front of the supporter who paid.
With Twelve
A ledger-issued credential cannot be copied into existence. Each one is unique by construction and rotates continuously, so the double-sold seat never reaches the turnstile.

One record instead of two systems reconciling

Traditional systems
Ticketing lives in one vendor's database and loyalty in a spreadsheet. Before every ballot someone reconciles them by hand, and the gap between them is where disputes come from.
With Twelve
Attendance, tenure and entitlement write to the same shared record, so loyalty can gate a sale window without an integration project between two suppliers.

An audit trail that is tamper-evident by construction

Traditional systems
Any administrator with database access can amend history, and proving that nobody did is a manual exercise in log-keeping.
With Twelve
Every issuance, transfer and scan is appended, not overwritten. What happened stays provable to an auditor, a league or a regulator years later.

Infrastructure, not an asset class

Traditional systems
The industry's previous answer was to invent a tradable fan asset - which produced regulatory complaints, censured advertising and supporter backlash.
With Twelve
We build on the CIDX identity layer and the LetzToken tokenisation layer purely as plumbing. Nothing in the fan-facing product has a price, so no supporter can lose money on it.
